Mediation Sessions

Dear Fellow Bedside Nurses,

Some of you have asked how many more mediation discussions we are going to have.  We understand your frustrations, but when the Federal Mediator requests the parties to meet with him, we will do so.

The important thing is for us to remain  calm and focused, keep our resolve and be ready for whatever happens.
